Opening hours

The riding centre is open every day from 10:00 to 16:00. The function room opens by arrangement, and sleigh rides, riding, the barbecue hut and other experiences can be booked in advance at any time.

Cancellation and illness

We hold the place just for you, and we plan food, horses and staff around it – which often means turning others away. That is why we have these deadlines:

Riding camp

30 days or more before: the full amount
14–30 days before: half
Less than 14 days before: nothing

Horseback rides, sleigh rides and other experiences

7 days or more before: the full amount
2–7 days before: half
Less than 48 hours before, or no-show: nothing

Groups, functions and events

60 days or more before: the full amount
30–60 days before: half
Less than 30 days before: nothing

On a refund we deduct an administration fee of 250 kroner to cover the payment fee we do not get back – never more than 10 % of the amount.

Nobody should lose money for falling ill. If the participant falls ill or is injured and cannot come, you get the full amount back – however little time is left, and with no fee.

Then you always get the full amount back, with no fee – or a new date if you would rather have that. You choose.

Google Maps often takes a wrong turn right at the end. Drive into Bjørkengsæterveien from the car park by the ski slopes, so that you have the small lake on your right.

Set your route towards Savalen / the ski slopes in your map app.
At the ski slope car park, turn into Bjørkengsæterveien.
Keep the small lake on your right – that road leads straight to us.

⚠️ Do not follow Google Maps for the last stretch towards Haugvangen (past the waste containers). That is the wrong way.
