We hold the place just for you, and we plan food, horses and staff around it – which often means turning others away. That is why we have these deadlines:
Riding camp
- 30 days or more before: the full amount
- 14–30 days before: half
- Less than 14 days before: nothing
Horseback rides, sleigh rides and other experiences
- 7 days or more before: the full amount
- 2–7 days before: half
- Less than 48 hours before, or no-show: nothing
Groups, functions and events
- 60 days or more before: the full amount
- 30–60 days before: half
- Less than 30 days before: nothing
On a refund we deduct an administration fee of 250 kroner to cover the payment fee we do not get back – never more than 10 % of the amount.
Nobody should lose money for falling ill. If the participant falls ill or is injured and cannot come, you get the full amount back – however little time is left, and with no fee.
Then you always get the full amount back, with no fee – or a new date if you would rather have that. You choose.
